Watch your attitude towards others! Should you waste your day being angry with someone? Is there any reward you get for doing that? NO!

Live your day productively. Do the things that are important to you. Tell your loved ones, you love them. Pick up that phone and call someone you haven’t spoken with for a long time. Tell someone you care and understand. Give someone time by listening to them.

If you are working, do those things that are productive. Don’t spend the day doing unproductive tasks or gossiping or criticizing other people. You are better than that!

You are in charge of your day. There are times when there are emergencies beyond your control – that’s understandable. Apart from that, you are in charge of how your day should be lived. You’re in charge of your attitude and disposition.

No one can make your day greater and joyful if you are not willing to make it that way. Choose to be happy, loving, giving, hardworking and cheerful throughout the day! Seize the day! – Carpe Diem.

I would like to define validation in my own way. I believe VALIDATION simply mean APPRECIATION. Being able to appreciate someone no matter what they have done or what they look like. My question is, do you find time to validate those people around you? Do you find time to just simply look at something that is good in other people and just appreciate that instead of looking at their faults? My point is, you can make a difference in people’s lives appreciating them, putting a smile in their face, rather than blaming and criticizing them. Watch this movie…..I don’t wanna say anything more. After this movie, you will understand the power and impact that emanates from validation. Let your life be changed from TODAY. BEGIN VALIDATING OTHER PEOPLE IF YOU HAVEN’T BEEN DOING SO. You will make a great impact in their lives. The LOVE will spread across the world. VALIDATION IS CONTAGIOUS & IT’S GOOD. As you can see from the movie, people are simply looking for someone who can just appreciate what they are doing. They are not asking for much. It’s not your money, or your talent they are looking for. They just want to see you appreciating them. Look around, Begin validating those around you. Tell them how AWESOME they are. How GREAT they are. How FANTASTIC they are. How IMPORTANT they are and that you APPRECIATE them from the bottom of your heart.

Validate your parents/guardians from today onwards.
Validate your kids from today onwards.
Validate your relatives from today onwards.
Validate your employees from today onwards.
Validate your business partners from today onwards.
Validate your customers/clients from today onwards.
Validate your community leaders from today onwards.
Validate those in authority onwards.
Validate your neighbors onwards. Who is my neighbor you might say….Go and read the story of the good Samaritan, you will know who your neighbor is!
Validate, Validate, Validate don’t look for validation back, do it from your heart.

Your respect will go far with validation.
Your business will grow wide and large with validation.
Your relationships will grow strong with validation.
You will open more doors of opportunities with validation.
You’ll change someones’ life and boost their self-esteem with validation.
