Make sure you have a system or systems in place to get new clients. This can be done through direct mail, newspaper ads, telemarketing, affiliate partnership endorsements, referral marketing, social media marketing, press releases, pay per click marketing, search engine optimization, etc As long as the system is automated and it works….. That’s all you need. Keep looking for more ways to get new clients.

Convert Leads To Loyal Buyers By Having A Proven-Working System

Once you begin to acquire leads; you need to have a system in place that will convert the leads to long term loyal buyers. But notice I said a system, not some guess work. You need to have a proven system of marketing; that educates and encourages your leads to buy your products. A marketing system is a series, a sequence that educates leads about you and your product; its benefits and the problems it will solve. It also includes testimonials of people who have already benefited from the product. This helps others to see their future and it encourages them to join your tribe.

Build Customer Loyalty; & Get Them To Buy More Stuff

You need to have back-end products to sell to your customers. These can be complementary products from Joint Venture partners, affiliate products or any other products you might have. Offer your clients up sells and down sells, etc

Stay in touch with your customers….. Regularly (It’s a MUST Do and should not be ignored business growth strategy). By continuing to communicate with clients regularly via email, newsletters, mobile technology, etc….you’ll be strengthening the bond between you and them. That will build loyalty. Customers will keep running back to you.

Make sure your products are top notch and that you are good with your customer service as well. Don’t live any gaps. Customers are people too; appreciate them. Then watch and see!

    I agree with the post. These ARE the basics. :) Oh, and in relation to this, I just had a bad experience with a local establishment yesterday. Bad customer service. Thus, never again shall me and friends return. Tsk tsk..

    Yeah, Bad Customer services is very expensive for businesses. Customers are the backbone of every business.
