It’s A New Day!

Each Day Is A New Canvas To Paint Upon. Make Sure Your Picture Is Full of Life & Happiness, & At The End of The Day You Don’t Look At It & Wish You Had Painted Something Different! – Unknown

sunrise Its A New Day!Don’t waste your time on things that are not important! As you go through the day, watch your thoughts. For the future depends on what you think of today. You reap what you sow!

Don’t waste time pondering on negative thoughts. They are of no value and save no useful purpose! Consciously choose what you should think of and let it be something positive.

Watch your attitude towards others! Should you waste your day being angry with someone? Is there any reward you get for doing that? NO!

You live longer once you realize that any time spent being unhappy is wasted.  ~Ruth E. Renkl

Don’t spend your day arguing with people. Nothing wrong with productive arguments but if you keep on arguing and getting stressed because you want to win an argument, you gain nothing from it. Stay away from arguments that takes you nowhere.

Life is not lost by dying; life is lost minute by minute, day by dragging day, in all the thousand small uncaring ways.  ~Stephen Vincent Benét

Live your day productively. Do the things that are important to you. Tell your loved ones, you love them. Pick up that phone and call someone you haven’t spoken with for a long time. Tell someone you care and understand. Give someone time by listening to them.

If you are working, do those things that are productive. Don’t spend the day doing unproductive tasks or gossiping or criticizing other people. You are better than that!

You are in charge of your day. There are times when there are emergencies beyond your control – that’s understandable. Apart from that, you are in charge of how your day should be lived. You’re in charge of your attitude and disposition.

You Make A Choice

No one can make your day greater and joyful if you are not willing to make it that way. Choose to be happy, loving, giving, hardworking and cheerful throughout the day! Seize the day! – Carpe Diem.

Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it – Groucho Marx

If you wait for special occasions to celebrate, you’re not honoring today. Why isn’t today a special occasion? You’re still alive!
