I said earlier on that the key to Business Success is to provide VALUE to your customers. It is important therefore that you do your research very well to make sure you truly understand what your clients or customers want.
If I was in pain, and you come along with a pain relief, I will definitely befriend you. I know that you possess something that solves my problem. So in business no matter which area of business you are in; you are there to relieve someone from their pain. Business is all about solving people’s problems.
Now this brings us to what I am talking about here.…….. Never focus on the money or the sale! Oh No! Focus on the service you can give. Concentrate on relieving you customer’s pain. Go out there and look for those who are in pain and give them the pain relief they need. In other words go out and work toward enriching lives. By focusing on helping and serving your clients/customer’s problems, you will bond with them and build trust and lasting relationships with them. As you are doing that, you are actually putting in motion The Law of Reciprocity, which states that you get a double measure of what you give. The law states that whatever you do will be returned back to you in full measure.
So as you help your clients, they will respond back by giving you their attention & money. This method works in all areas of life. For example, from the bible there is a saying....“Draw unto God and He will draw near unto you“ So if you draw yourself close to people you admire, they will draw near to you. If you draw yourself near your clients, they will be drawn to you too.
Always have your clients best interest at your heart. No what they want, discover their pain. Make sure the pain-relief you have for them is effective. Give it to them and they will thank you for it.
Again I say....FOCUS ON THE SERVICE OR THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO SOLVE. The Money and wealth will follow you.
