Hey Curtis

I feel for you. I know distractions are never good. They don't work on our favor. It only means if we permit them, we end up achieving nothing at the end of the day.

I have always been a distraction candidate Simon. I have never been disciplined to respect the tasks that I had to do. When it came to writing goals, etc I have never followed it through. I allowed TV, Friends, Sports, etc distract me to complete my tasks. I noticed that, if you lack self discipline, you will never finish anything and remain in the same place. I am still learning and hoping to overcome this problem for good. ):

Hey Craig

That's the spirit. You have to make the decision as to what pleasure you are interested in. Short term or Long-term pleasure that is more rewarding.

Hey Simon

Great article man. Self discipline, don’t we all need it. I like what you were saying about TV, etc You know that is an area I need to deal with. I find it hard to just ignore my programs and do the work. I will try hard this time around.

William Feather:
If we conducted ourselves as sensibly in good times as we do in hard times, we could all acquire a competence.

William Feather:
If we don't discipline ourselves, the world will do it for us.

Harry S. Truman:
In reading the lives of great men, I found that the first victory they won was over themselves... self-discipline with all of them came first.
