		<description>The method that I have found to be most effective is to create a schedule, and stick to it absolutely. During any period of time on the schedule, you may only think about the subject in question. For example, if you have scheduled reading a financial book for a period in your schedule, then you must stick to reading the book. You may not go eat, pee, sleep, accept phone calls, or anything else. This sounds extreme, but it builds your feelings so that ignoring distractions becomes second nature to you.</description>
